What is the Growth Champions program?

Growth Champions is a program within Grow to Win that recognizes Field Sales associates for their contributions to Ecolab’s growth in winning new business. There are two main types of awards:

When is the Growth Champions Trip?

Those who achieve Growth Champions status in recognition of their 2026 performance will earn atrip to Aruba, April 26–29, 2027.

How do I qualify for the trip?

Review the Qualify page. For additional questions on qualification, please see your manager. For general questions, please contact GTW-Fields@Ecolab.com.

What is included in the trip?

Trip inclusions are subject to change, but generally your trip will include the following for you and one guest (age 21+):

  • Round-trip air transportation to Aruba
  • Three nights’ accommodations at Ritz-Carlton, Aruba
  • Breakfast daily
  • Hosted activities
  • Private events
  • Internet access
  • Transfers and luggage handling to the hotel
  • Taxes, tips and gratuities connected with the items above

How do I earn an All-Star Award?

All-Star Awards are given quarterly. Quarterly All-Star winners are based on the top performers within each sector.

Quarterly All-Stars can earn:

  • Global Rewards Catalog points
  • An entry into a drawing for a chance to win a spot for the Growth Champions Trip to Aruba in 2027. Winners will beselected in a Live Drawing in January 2027.

All-Star Drawing: Every Quarterly All-Star win earns you an entry for a year-end random drawing. If your name is selected, you will receive:

  • A spot on the Growth Champions Trip to Aruba in 2027 (if not already attending trip through standard submission process)
    ‍OR
  • An enhancement on the Growth Champions Trip (if attending trip through standard submission process)

You may win multiple Quarterly All-Star Awards and will earn an entry for each win.

How do I become a Recognition Winner?

Recognition Winners are chosen at year-end to celebrate those who had a great year but did not earn the Growth Champions Trip.
