Tier 1 Frontline Associates and Tier 2 Managers (as determined by each sector)
Field associates will qualify for the recognition trip when they meet the sales criteria set by their respective sector
The program is based on sales achievements from the current selling year

Trip for qualified recipient and guest aged 21 and over
Company-wide Criteria for Program Year
Meet sector unit PPOs
No major loss of business during the program year
No OSHA recordable injuries (where the employee was negligent) and no preventable vehicle accidents
Participants must have no Code of Conduct violations in the program year
Must be employed up until the trip date and in good standing with the company
If the associate leaves Ecolab, trip spot reverts to the sector

At the end of the year, functional partners who help secure big wins will be nominated to join us on the Growth Champions Trip. Five functional partners will be selected to attend.
