How to Win the Trip
Trip Rules and Eligibility
Eligible Global Field Sales Participants
- Tier 1 Frontline Associates and Tier 2 Managers (as determined by each sector)
- Field associates will qualify for the recognition trip when they meet the sales criteria set by their respective sector
- The program is based on sales achievements from the current selling year
Company-wide Criteria for Program Year
- Meet sector unit PPOs
- No major loss of business during the program year
- No OSHA recordable injuries (where the employee was negligent) and no preventable vehicle accidents
- Participants must have no Code of Conduct violations in the program year
- Must be employed up until the trip date and in good standing with the company
- If the associate leaves Ecolab, trip spot reverts to the sector
