Review required documents for Growth Champions travel.

Passport Validity

All travelers to Aruba will need a passport.

Your passport must:

Be valid for 6 months after your arrival date into Aruba.

Have at least 2 blank pages for stamps.

If traveling through other countries, additional travel or transit requirements may apply. Please review all requirements before approving your flight route.

Passport Processing Times:

Check your country’s requirements to allow sufficient time for processing. Expedited options may be available at an additional cost.

Aruba Online Embarkation/Disembarkation (ED) Card

All travelers need an approved ED Card.

Apply at edcardaruba.aw within 7 days before your trip. The site won’t accept earlier applications.

The required Aruba Sustainability Fee (USD $20 per person) can be expensed.

Keep your approval with you. You’ll need it to enter and leave Aruba.

Tourist Visas

Many travelers can visit visa-free, but some may need a visa, including those from parts of Africa, Asia, the Middle East and South America.

Requirements vary by passport, so check yours early.

All travelers will need to show proof of their return or onward airline ticket for departures.

  • Sherpa, a visa service company, can help you navigate travel requirements. Any processing or service costs can be expensed.

Travel or Exit Visas

Some countries require you to apply to leave the country. Delays in processing can cause this process to take months to obtain. Here’s what you can do:

  • If your country requires an appointment, schedule your appointment now.
  • As soon as winners are announced, contact GrowthChampions@itagroup.com to request assistance in gaining a visa letter of invitation.

Vaccination Rules: Yellow Fever

Travelers from or transiting through yellow fever risk countries in Africa and South America need proof of vaccination. Without it, entry may be delayed.

Best Practices

Keep these tips in mind:

  • The name on your passport must exactly match your airline ticket, including any middle name or initial.
  • Check blank page requirements for each country on your route.
  • Keep photos or copies of your passport at home and in your luggage.
